This card fulfills All three challenges from this week TL158, CC156 and SC166.
The tulips and sentiment are debossed. The tulips were painted with reinkers. After that yellow glitter pen was added to boost the yellow on the vellum. Unfortunately, it looks orange on the screen. Really looks much better IRL.
Panel 2 was Cuttlebugged with the new dotted folder in Wild Wasabi. The sentiment is also on vellum, but was stamped and heat embossed. The color was very light so it got a boost from a LePlume jade green marker.

Wow!!! This card is really pretty!!! I really like your colours, the flowers, the piercing and your oval panel! Nice cutting around the flower salso! What a beautry!!! Great job on all three challenges!!!
