First I did the crinkling chalks technique onto white cs. Then I stamped with archival ink onto the cs. I colored in some areas with Twinkling H2O's.
I cut and punched the corners of metallic ice blue cs with SU's wrought iron punch. Inserted the image stamp panel and attached to lavender Bazzill cs. Blue and purple fibers added to side.
I stamped DREAM and BELIEVE in Encore silver.

I've never seen the twinkling h20's used on a card. Heard a lot about them, but this is so etherial looking I just love it. I'm on dial up and the gallery takes a while to load for me, but I'm gonna have to make a time investment and check out what else the gallery has in store on this medium. My dh even said "That was stamped? Gorgeous" now thats a lotta praise. TYFS
