Here's some Valentine explosion boxes that I made for my kids. It'll be filled with candy and little items for them. I know they'd appreciate this more than the traditional Valentine card. The directions for these boxes are in the resources section under projects. I used the whimsy jumbo wheel and randomly stamped hearts for the box bottom. I embossed a Priceless flourish in white EP using a heatgun for the lid. Inside has "Happy Valentine's Day" stamped on the bottom. Stamped a tag and punched it out and tied it into the ribbon knot. I cut out and added a Priceless heart on the knot adhering it with a glue dot. I hope this sort-of counts for the Holiday Card challenge - if so, then it fulfills my January quota.... if you'd be interested in joining us with the goal to finish ALL holiday cards ON TIME this year, please visit this link -
TFL, everyone! I appreciate you taking a closer look at my project!

ETA - Here's the link to the tutorial. Also, I forgot to mention that my lids are scored at 3/4 of an inch, not 7/8 like in the tutorial - I may have made a mistake with the measurements of my box because my 1st lid didn't fit - anyhow, this works well enough for the kiddos! Thanks everyone!

I love the look of these! Great job. The flourish swirls are my favorite right now. I just love the way they add a little elegance to everything you use them with. The gold ribbon is a very nice accent as well. Great job!
