Hi! This card was made for today's Inspiration Challenge: Sticky Notes...The image is here: Forums at Splitcoaststampers
I used the Circle and the Color as my inspiration for this ....And, since I had this BRAND NEW yummy stamp sheet from Innovative Stamp Creations, I decided to make this card for my neice! I LOVE this focal image. The EYES just "POP!"
I colored the STAMP with SU! markers and then stamped the image onto Whisper White. I used SU! Pastels and a dauber to fill in the facial features and soften the colors a bit.
I don't know if you can read the sentiment, but it says, " joy is a "flower" that blooms when you do" .
The flowers along the bottom are Primas that I bought on my trip this summer with CindyL in Lancaster, PA! LOVE THEM! The background is an ISC image, stamped tone on tone with Groovy Guava.
The scallops were done with SU!'s retired corner rounder. I used a Signo Pen to highlight.

Faith - what an awesome card (as usual!). I will definitely be looking into ISC - that face is too cool! Great layout and love your use of the colors. Thanks for playing!

Your niece is going to love this! The scallops and addition of flowers is so pretty, and I like the offset circles. The eyes are penetrating - beautifully done card....
