Thank you, Karen! What a lovely inspiration piece for this week's challenge. Thank you for being hostess!
I first stamped snowflakes in clear on white glossy cs, then heat embossed with clear powder. I then sponged on two greens, a yellow and a light brown and rubbed it all off the snowflakes with a tissue. Overtop this I stamped the evergreen branches, pine cones and holly.
I had to ues the mouse stamp. We found a couple of real ones living in our garage yesterday. The dogs went nuts! I know rodents can be dangerous (diseases) but they are just SO cute... I have a soft spot for them.
Christmas mouse was watercolored with Twinkling H20's. Gotta love those pre-mixed colors!
Edges distressed with a metal ruler. Holes pierced with paper drill from Lee Valley Tools.
I sanded the brown dp to reveal some of the white core.
All stamps are by High Hopes Stamps.
TFL!
