I took my inspiration from several of the elements found in IC76 photographs of Target's girls' bedroom collection.
First, I loved the reverse dot print in the beanbag, so I reproduced that with a background stamp from http://www.cornishheritagefarms.com/ If you haven't tried their background stamps, they extend beyond the edge of a standard card front and are deeply etched for great coverage.
Next, I mimicked the pieced triangle look on the beanbag by piecing floral paper (behind the large bloom). I also liked the flowers and the colored rickrack on the lampshade. I didn't have any colored rickrack, so I ran my white rickrack through the lime pastel inkpad. I like the distressed effect it produced.
Another fun inspiration!

I'm enjoying reading all the different things each of us was inspired by for this challenge. What a beauty you have created with your soft pinks and the green, Stephanie! I love the reverse polkadotted paper and just a hint of the floral paper behind the pretty flowers.
