Color Challenge hosted by Barbara. Her terrific colors are: Pumpkin Pie, Daffodil Delight, Pool Party and Granny Apple Green with animals for dessert.
I chose to use a retired stamp set that has not seen a ink for awhile. It was fun creating this birthday party scene for a young child.
There are no mistakes in the stamp room, just opportunities for a Plan B. I wanted to stamp the sentiment directly on the card, but when I messed up the impression, it was time for another idea. Plan B turned out to be creating a sentiment sign. It worked great to hang it from the top edge with a stamp meant to be ribbon on a gift box. I love the versatility of using stamps in different ways.
Thanks for taking a peek. Enjoy the colors!
