For Polly's (peeps321) Teapot Tuesday challenge, Angel Wings.
Stamped, colored and fussy-cut this angel that I've had in my stamp collection forEVER. I watched one of Lydia's (understandblue) YouTube videos showing how to stamp on colored cardstock, so I stamped this angel onto the light pink CS & then did the coloring. Added WOS to her wings.
Created clouds with the Tattered Rose DI ink and the cloud template, then used Cameo Coral and the Sunshine stencil for the sun and rays. Stamped the sentiment in the corner with the Sage Green ink. Adhered this piece to the sage green CS and added to card front. Popped the angel up with some foam square.
I did use the suggested message from the challenge inside the card. I hope it will bring some comfort to a grieving mother.

This is fabulous. I love that you used these soft pinks/corals to create all your bg elements. And the clouds are stunning. Your sweet angel reminds me of stamps I purchased from Paintwork's when I first started -- they have that very folk/country feel which I find both fun and comforting. Great design. I think Abbie will adore this wonderful card.

The tone on tone stamping is just lovely and the sun peeking out from behind those puffy clouds seem to signify that there WILL be brighter days ahead.
