Itâs Teapot Tickle Time and our guest hostess, Vicki, has challenged us to make pasta themed cards. I donât have any pasta stamps, so I took a different turn. I made a gelli print background using wagon wheel pasta. Then I just grabbed a fun stamp off of my to do list. These AI girlfriends sure looked fun. They are in the middle of a shopping spreeâpresumably on the way to Hobby Lobby. But theyâre going to have some pasta for lunch, or maybe dinner. Depends how much time they spend in Hobby Lobby. I colored them with the color challenge colors and paired them with a fun Colorado Craft Company sentiment.
As a side note, sometimes I think I have as much fun editing my photos as I do making my cards. Hehe!
Thanks for two fun challenges!

How fun is that? First off, I haven't had wagon wheel pasta since I was a kid, and it's a hoot to see it here. Love the stampede of ladies running off to get the blue plate special (spaghetti and a salad, I'd guess).

I wondered if anybody would use real pasta - kudos to you. And the colours are perfect for a tomato sauce. They look as if they are doing what is called a trolley (cart to you) dash!

So cute and clever, and with all that running they’ll certainly work up an appetite (and burn a few calories) for tonight’s pasta dinner! Nice work on that background, too!

oh so all of us! Loved reading your commentary. After the HL trip, they can check out Patti LaBelle's 'stir it up'! You covered the two challenges cleverly, Jenn.
