Chris is our hostess for this week's Color Challenge CC915. She has selected Pale Papaya, Pear Pizzazz, and Soft Suede with the dessert option to use a lighter or darker shade of the challenge colors.
My wheat shock here is colored in this week's challenge colors using Pumpkin Pie for a shade darker of Pale Papaya and Crumb Cake for a shade lighter than Soft Suede. I'm thinking my dessert option has been covered, wink, wink! The main image was cut into quarters, each backed with a Pear Pizzazz matte. The Very Vanilla heart and background was embossed with the Timber EF. The sentiment's lettering was filled in with a Pumpkin Pie marker to add a little pizzazz! The gems look yellow in the photo but IRL they are more Pale Papaya.
We hope you join us in this week's challenge! We are excited to see what you will share!

this is really pretty LeAnn and very well designed- I like how you placed the wheat stalk in 4 panels and the sentiment inside a heart is perfect- great work

Your design brings to mind a old fashioned stitched sampler. Love that wheat shock and how you added interest to it by splitting it into four. Gorgeous card!

What an amazing card design! I sometimes question the idea of cutting images apart but the way you pulled it all together with the heart is truly inspiring. And now I probably have to investigate that lace die...
