I stamped the dog on Elizabeth Craft Designs - Soft Finish c.s., colored him with colored pencils, fussy cut him out. Stamped the neckerchief on scrap d.p. and fussy cut, layered it on to the dog. Took a white panel and blended the Distress Inks. Stamped the sentiment using the MISTI. Used a scrap piece of white c.s. and drew a lopsided cake with NO candles! I then colored it blue with pencils, added yellow flowers and decorated the rest of the cake using a gel pen and Liquid Pearls in the center of the hand-drawn flowers.
