For this "In a Word" challenge, I started with the laser craft word "Hugs" and built on that. I die cut a stitched oval, ran it through a tufted 3D EF, sponged the edges with Sahara Sand and mounted the word on the oval. The background used this week's TLC technique: Camouflage Background Tutorials at Splitcoaststampers
I mounted the BG on Soft Suede cardstock and distressed with a fingernail. Added a strip of lace, some gold leaf stickers and a pearl to add to a vintage feel, a favorite for today's recipient, Kandie.

Your camoflague background technique is FABULOUS! and looks to good paired with the the quilted oval frame, laser cut "Hugs" in brown and the bit of lace! A blend of old and new and sepia tones certainly gives it that vintage flair! Kandie will love it!
