For the 3 banner strips I used a piece of mixed media that I had done previously - it was stencilled and feels like I had used acrylic paint. Die cut the bow and label for the sentiment and adhered to an embossed panel.

Beautiful card to send to a dear friend, Sue. Lovely bg embossing. The created paper for the banners is gorgeous. Love the neat little paper bow to finish it.
