I have the honor of hosting this week's Tea Party for my former coworker, who could use some Teapotter prayer and cheer. The good news is he is almost fully recovered physically from his stroke and bout with Covid, but he is struggling with post-stroke depression. He's been through so much this past year, I know a Tea Party would really lift his spirits. My challenge is to put a car or house on your card and I chose this fun stamp from The Cat's Pajamas. What a perfect sentiment for Tom. I used an embossing folder to simulate cracks in the pavement and improvised with witches hats for traffic cones--which was perfect for MIX446 to think outside the box and use something for a different purpose than it was intended. My husband laughed at my hats, but I think they're fun. To really make this card mixed media, I coated the hills in the background with green Fun Flock, and added Wink of Stella to the traffic cones and clouds.

I love cat's pajamas stamps and the halloween orange cones are awesome. So fun! Way to think out of the box. What an awesome sentiment too for Tom. Thank you for this challenge. Hope he is thrilled with all the cards being sent his way!
