I pulled out several TH sets and just built my scene, adding a bit of dimension with foam tape. I embossed my roadway with a star ef and buffed it lightly with a white pearlescent rub-on. The background was embossed with a Taylored Expressions cloud ef.

This is super cool, love the walking figures with the gentleman holding the umbrella, as well as all the buildings behind them. Even though it’s a cloudy day, this scene is so uplifting and cheerful!!
