A combination of today's challenges:
~ the teaparty goes to Patti, who is recovering from a heart attack. We were encouraged to feature hearts.
~ the color combo-pool party, mint macaron and so saffron. I've always loved so saffron.
I outlined the mask with the mint macaron marker (why do I have this? I think a friend gave it to me in a bag of stamping stuff), then blended the three colors. It was a little hard to stay within the lines of the mask, wasn't sure how to 'mask the mask' so I let it happen, going outside the lines. I figured the three colors would blend alright. I inked cardstock with pool party on which to stamp the sentiment. There are some dots in the mask and I put three dots of opal LP.

Wonderful job of fulfilling two challenges! What a great technique to outline the stencil, it has never crossed my mind to try it! Thank you for the inspiration, I always love getting new ideas! Very pretty design!

Elegantly effective! The stenciled heart is soft and delicate but with an intricate design and the tiny LP dots while quite subtle are a treat for the eye.
