Today's Tea Party is for our own Vickie Y, who has been having some health issues lately. Polly is our hostess and she has challenged us to use pretty DP or make our own with extra cookies if we use pink. I decided to make a tea party scene for Vickie with some of my favorite Waffle Flower stamps. This week's Waffle Flower Weekly Challenge Theme is Pastels, so I paired my pink for cookies with some mint green, pastel yellow and pastel blue. I had just the DP in mind for the challenge. I could picture it almost exactly in my head. And it took me SO long to find it. It's a pretty pastel blue with pretty yellow and white butterflies flying around. In my head it was the perfect paper, but in practice it's just OK. I wouldn't want too busy a pattern in the background anyway. I'd hate to take away from my fun scene. I had such fun making this, and I hope Vickie loves it!

I'm chuckling at how you "had the perfect paper in your head but in practice it was just OK", because that happens to me a lot, LOL...Your tea party with bears (I'm really tickled by the bear with a bow - sooo cute!) is adorable, and I like how they are grounded. I also love the sparkly puffy clouds!

That is just enchanting and delightful. I don't know how you work, raise your boys and make such detailed cards, Jen, you're amazing. Such a lovely picture of a bear's tea-party in the woods.
