The use of Ball jars for DIY and decor has been very popular for a few years. Years ago, when I was first married, I used canning jars for drinking glasses, since we didn't have any. And now my daughter uses them that way.
There are a lot of projects on the site for today's IC featuring Ball jars, I think there is one in the thumbnails actually. This is also for this past Wednesday's watercolor challenge. This was my only attempt; I wish I had left room for one more type of flower....do you think I could still add some? I used wax flowers, which I've never heard of, and snap dragons. I think my jar looks like one of those plastic cooler jugs that you turn upside down. I painted the flowers a bit too low and I couldn't get much detail on the neck of the jar. But I like the painting of it.

Your painting is lovely, Jean. Especially love the soft colors and the depth you created with the darker tones. Instead of trying to add flowers or foliage, paint another creation and add more. Then compare and you will have two cards. Sometimes when I try to add things, it goes all wrong. Glad you came and played in the challenge.
