Hello Friends... Karen is our sweet and talented hostess for this week's challenge CC825! Her chose of colors this week was perfect for my Hydrangea flower design, Gorgeous Grape, Coastal Cabana, and Granny Apple Green, with the dessert option of using pearls. Yes this was an easy peasy challenge and I think you ought to give it a try too!
This slimline design's background was done in the challenge colors using a blending brush. The blending brushes provide such a nice soft background, don't you think? Each hydrangea was stamped on a Whisper White square using the stamp set 'Hydrangea Haven'. Each stamped square was framed with a scalloped square frame. It's not visibly clear in the picture but each hydrangea has been colored with Frost White Shimmer paint. The pearls were colored by using Stampin' Blends and the sentiment was stamped in Versamark ink and heat embossed with White Embosssing Powder.
Allow me to invite you to our challenge this week, we the team would love for you to share your lovely creation of inspiration. Thank you for taking a look!

The tilting of your squares and the blooms in different corners and colors adds lots of sweet interest to your card, LeAnn, especially since a slimline is so narrow! Beautifully framed squares and soft bg too~

Beautiful card! I love the little leaves off the corners of your 3 hydrangea squares. That soft background provides just enough contrast to show up the pretty scalloped framing. TFS

LeAnn, this is a wonderful slimline design with your trio of flower vignettes and your soft ink blended background! You do Karen proud as her partner in crime LOL! Love your gorgeous card! ❤
