It's the last week of the month and the teapotters are sending cards to each other. Jan is the guest hostess and has chosen a scarecrow theme. Well, I have nothing, lol. I downloaded this on copy paper and printed it out in color. Then I glued it to w.w. cardstock. Punched two holes, cut 4 strands of twine and used a floss threader to pull them thru. I left the long strands as is and whoever gets my card (it is always a surprise) can give her a haircut if they want. I've just used a couple of glue dots to hold them out of her face, lol. I stamped the sentiment on naturals ivory in more mustard ink and also added rusty hinge. Popped up with dimensional strips and used large glue dots to adhere the buttons. I cannot believe I got a card made for this challenge!

Super creative! Love the image you found, your beautiful papers, and how you did the twine! Such a fun creation, Shirl. Hugz

You found the perfect scarecrow to compliment that gorgeous paper, Shirl. It's so much fun to see all the different types of scarecrows in the gallery.
