Patti's beautiful card reminded me of the emboss resist technique and inspired me to use it for a large background stamp. I used similar colors but did use them differently. Patti's method looks great and would be quicker and easier. I will definitely use it in the near future.
I sponged around the outer edge with Daffodil and the inside with Petal Pink, then sponged the flowers with Coral and a little Mint in spots on the leaves. Instead of a die-cut sentiment, I stamped an encouraging quote for Marion, punched it out and popped up on dimensionals.
