LeAnn is hosting her first Color Challenge with us and she has certainly chosen a winner as far as I'm concerned!
Bumble Bee + Mossy Meadow + Merry Merlot with a Masculine card as dessert.
Masculine and these colors aren't exactly my comfort zone but Maroon and Gold are my husband's beloved Minnesota Gopher's colors AND we have an anniversary coming up next week so she inspired me to get this done before we head up north for a few weeks. We aren't exactly going to be traveling the world to celebrate this year but maybe we'll dream about it a little.
I used just part of the Best Plaid Builder die for the window pane look that I thought echoed the lines on the globe.
I sure hope you will join us this week!

Wow, Chris, this is a wonderful card! Love the windowpane embossing, globe and the partial embossed script on the stamped sentiment label! The inked sentiment is perfect! Happy anniversary and have a nice trip!

Beautiful card, Chris. I love the multicolor globe and the way the colors are echoed in the greeting. Love the textured background and the way you use this weeks colors. Happy anniversary!

Happy anniversary to you and your husband, Chris. You've created such a beautiful card for the occasion. Pretty cool how the challenge colors match up with the Minnesota Gophers!
