This is the photo that inspired me to use new stamp sets from the Greetery.
The flowers were done with layered stamping and I came back in with watercolors to add more dimension and detail. Then die cut them. The back panel was done with an ITP stamp......hopefully giving the feeling of wallpaper which today's site is all about. The watercan was die cut from watercolor paper, stamped lightly to give a guide and then watercolored. This is birthday card for a friend who loves to garden and has beautiful gardens surrounding her home.

Beautiful, Sallie! Perfect take on your inspiration! I just got my flower set yesterday and now I'm wishing I'd ordered the watering can. I like the little dots you added to the center of the daisies.

Beautifully done, Sallie. I smiled when you said that you went back and did a little painting on top of the layered stamping. Just can't stop the artist in you from making it better. Love it.
