I did a freehand flower. Wet to wet is adding wet paint to wet paint or wet paint to clear water. I painted my flower and added darker colors while the first ink was still wet so it move upward on the petals.
Last, I just brushed paint around the flower and let it flow.

You aced this water color technique Benz. It is absolutely beautiful. So free flowing, colorful and love that you used it as a majority of your card. It does make it look like a painting. Hugz!

I am really loving how you have created such a gorgeous flower free-hand, wow! Then how you have brought in and incorporated other colors in there and it all works so well as an organic and cohesive flow!!! Definitely a work to be treasured, and I think that you should do lots more in this style. REALLY special!!!
I have yet to really try watercolor, have purchased some supplies to play with but I haven't tried yet but am keen to do so. But I am not sure that I'd be brave enough to create a flower freehand, and definitely it wouldn't have such definition and such great style. To be honest, I am really blown away!!!
Favorited. I am just starting to learn about CAS style, but to me, it may not have a lot of white space--which, in this case, I think is very appropriate, it's all about the focal image and the style is very clean. But, I am just a newbie here. Whatever you call this style, I call it stunning art, and I'm all about flowers.
