I am trying hard to learn to do watercolors better so I watched this great video this morning (I have today off):
She is super talented. I did two panels and messed them both up. Had to add paper dolls to cover my horrible accident while trying to add a white shadow to my boat on the card. Then I wanted to take some color off the water on the BAJ panel and messed up the water. Then I decided to water distress the whole thing and realized I used a SU! marker to draw my boat so it bled and I had to try and fix it. Oh well, it all worked out in the end - I can send the card now and the distressed panel is safely in my Bible inspiring me to not be a perfectionist (as if that is a problem - lol).
Made my water lines by stamping with twisted rubber bands on a card on wet paper. Then did a little wash around them. I will try that again.
Hugz!

I love the way that both of these turned out. I have been having fun with those paper dolls myself lately. This is a great pair on your card.

I love these. Your watercolouring is superb and I love the scene that you created. I could see myself sailing in the boat watching the sun set. TFs. Happy day
