Turq/aqua were brayered on white CS. When it was dry, the waves where painted with white acrylic. On the Kraft CS, white acrylic was applied to the torn edge, as well as applying dots. Shading and dots were added with the Suede ink.

Oh, I love this. I have some flip flops already cut out. I wish I would have thought to use them. Love the pink mat behind your panel. It really ties everything together.
