This card is for the Ways To Use It challenge to use one layer and the Inspiration challenge from A Cottage In The City. Here is my inspiration. The stripes reminded me of the washi tape that I've had in my stash for quite a while.
I first used a star impression plate for the background and then die cut the panel with a stitched frame. I added the washi tape, sentiment and stars. I wanted the sentiment to pop so I took a little liberty and stacked several layers under the copper die cut sentiment and adhered it. I scattered a few stars for interest. I made this card for my BIL for his birthday.
Thanks so much for looking!
