Started with a BG made with Jean's Adhesive resist technique from yesterday. I tried Golden's Acrylic glaze sponged through a decorative paper stencil, that I been reinforced with a gel varnish for strength and durability and easy clean up. Sprayed with gold metallic and green Dylusion. Rubbed with a baby wipe. Results were very subtle, but it worked. This morning, to answer Polly's Tea Potter's call, I used a Martha Stewart's Morning Glory stencil with DecoArt's Metallic Lustre. First sprayed the back of the stencil with a temporary adhesive. Used my finger to get into the nooks and crannies and it went on like butter. Very smooth and easy and a lovely sheen. I stamped the sentiment on a sticker label, and used the Scan 'n Cut to fussy cut it and the purple border backing. When I went looking for a washi tape, this was obviously the one for color and I didn't even see the elephant motif! Talk about the art Muse doing her job! I love her.

I love her too and I'm happy she was with you. I saw the elephants right away. Perfect! The colors you chose are wonderful. I haven't looked at the teapot challenge yet, I worked the WI election yesterday and I'm beyond tired, partly from stress. What a wacky world, to put it mildly.
