MAR20VSNJ = Flower Fairy Alphabet - Using the first letter of your first or last name, find the fairy that represents you and make a card representing your flower fairy using inspiration drawn from the image, colors, or elements described in the poem.
I loved the Flower Fairy verses when I was a child - I had a book of them. I went with my last name (Bridgman) and chose the line "With bluebells and campions the woodlands are gay." In the image, the flower fairy is wearing a bluebell as a hat.
I used a new Penny Black bluebell stamp. Stamped it and watercoloured it, and then added interest around it with a bit of stencilling through a piece of drywall tape, some random text stamping, a bit of diluted black splatter, and some sponging around the edges of the panel.
A simple sentiment and some fun foam to pop the panel up finished it off.

This is just so pretty all the way around. How fun that you had a flower fairy book when you were younger. The pictures are darling and I love that some wear the little flowers on their heads like hats. Thanks for playing in my challenge. :-)
