It's time for a new Color Challenge and I'm your host this week! I've chosen Real Red, Basic Black and Basic Gray with a dessert option to add Winter or New Year's sparkle. I've made two samples for you this week to give you alternate design ideas.
This card was super easy and fun to put together although I had to make it 5x7 inches to accommodate my design idea. A fireworks die was cut from each corner of the black panel and iridescent glitter paper layered beneath, then the entire panel added to the gray card base. The die cut sentiment was cut twice from white card stock and once from red glitter paper, glued to the vellum oval which was then adhered to the base. Last was a scattering of punched red glitter stars for that extra sparkle!
Thanks for looking and I hope you'll join us for the Color Challenge this week!

Really a lovely New Year's card, Stef. It captures the fireworks that they have been showing on TV as the New Year occurs throughout the world. Happy New Year to you!
