Alpha challenge "D"...I have had this background for eons. Can't remember the deets, but I am pretty sure it is just colorburst powder Pthalo Green, on the dry embossed w/c piece. This stamp/die set was a bit of a disappointment as the die only cuts out the flower and not the leaves. So I fussy cut a border around it all and popped up the flower with dimensionals. I used gold delicata first on the border of it, but then went over it with the gold uniball pen. Our anniversary is Dec. 1st, so D is for December, lol, and diecut and deadline, lol as I needed to get one made by our anniversary date! The sentiment is popped up with dimensionals too. I went around the edges of the panels with the delicata gold. I added dazz. diamonds to the poinsettia to give it some sparkle. tf.

Dramatic and fabulous. Good for you using the background and it looks great. Way to go figuring out how to use the poinsettia with one die. The gold delicate and dazzlin diamonds glitter looks dynamite. Wonderful December anniversary card for your DH.

This is really dramatic and impressive Shirl. Your background is stunning and truly highlights this wonderfully large and festive poinsettia image. The bit of yellow around the poinsettia is a great touch too. ~Karen.
