One of 8 cards I made for a card swap at a SU team meeting. Seversl ladies were unable to make it to the get together, so I have leftover cards. This one fits this week's teapot challenge. The challenge called for using yellow, which I did not, but it is certainly in sunset colours, and the sentiment is appropriate. For the background, I swiped the country floral embossing folder with calypso coral ink, then put it through the bigshot to emboss it. A terracotta tile mat on the embossed panel and sentiment strip, then two butterflies were white heat embossed and punched out and attached. Some little gems added to the butterflies finishes off this card.

Great way to use an embossing folder. What a stunning result. I can imagine the “mess’ I could get into trying this technique - but I will give it a try.
