I went back 10 years ago to find this one, which is one of my favorite "go to" techniques for one layer cards. I love this palm tree. One of my all time favorites from SU and I have always loved my little shape stamps to add color to the background.
Ten years later I used my wonderful Oxide inks that I adore, and I left off the embellishment, as 10 years later the postage is now so high I mail as flat as card as possible.

I know what you mean exactly, I have noticed that about my self that my cards have been getting flatter lately after a trip to the PO. Love the colors on this Liz

Oh my gosh, this is totally WONDERFUL!!! This is one of my favorite SU beachy sets and you have updated it with an amazing collage creation. The Distress Oxides are perfect for these images, giving them depth and richness. Popping this into my favs to study later for inspiration. TFS!
