I liked SC111 that I used for yesterday CAS challenge so much that I used it again today. I needed a get well card for a coworker that just broke four ribs and got stitches from riding her granddaughter's electric scooter. Oh no! Barbara said dessert is butterflies so I chose this Bugaboo digi that I hadn't used yet. What fun is a digi if you can't color it? But I did enjoy sponging today's colors onto it and I really like the way it came out. I had to do some photo editing so I could print it out in a chocolate color and use Rich Cocoa ink for the sentiment. It's very very rare that I make a card that doesn't have any black.

I shy away from dark brown too - for fear of it coming off as too heavy. Your beautiful card blows that fear to bits though. This is seems so light and cheery. Love that sketch too!

Ah, Jenn, what a lovely, beautiful card! The digi is perfect, and I am in awe that you were able to get it to print in dark brown--I'm not sure I know how to do that! The greeting is perfect, and I love the layout! Always enjoy seeing your amazing cards in the gallery!
