Terrific WTUI Challenge today - Tissue Paper. I have been collecting any tissue paper I can get hold of & was excited to see this challenge today so that I could try out the tissue paper watercolour technique. Not too much of a mix of colour on my bg in the end, but once dry, I scrunched it up to give creases for interest. I adhered this to a piece of white c/s. I can see so many possibilities with this technique for the future. Once die cut, I added the large flourish in white and used this large blue Prima flower I have been hoarding for some time!

This is really a very striking card Sue. Your gorgeous tissue paper bg reminds me a bit of a cracked stone wall with this one gorgeous flower blooming for all it is worth. I love seeing things like this in real life and you captured that perfectly here. ~Karen.
