oh, Robin...and Susie...women after my own heart! Thank you for this awesome challenge. We all have an abundance of stash for using one day.
You've probably peaked already at my thumbnails...but WAIT...there's a sweet story to this challenge that made me cry at Christmas. My dear &d's best girl is a pre~school teacher. She's the Corri in my little 3x3 thank you card! Well, Corri loves the 'wobblers' 2 year olds. A few weeks before Christmas she led an art project for her three budding artists. They were going to fingerprint a page which Corri would give to me (this was all a surprise to me). She had told me her class had been working on an art project that might have something to do with me. I never guessed it would be custom artist papers that I would use in my mixed media. When I opened the file folder size present, I couldn't help but feel overwhelmed at the bigness of heart from those lil' artists and my sweet love.
I had 5 custom sheets of fingerpainted papers. Immediately I thought of making thank you cards back to those little ones using their art. I used 3x3 as a size I thought they could relate to. So here's what I did.
I used the Close to My Heart Celebrate set with the balloons. And placed balloons on each card with a primary color from their individual papers. Then I used the Provo Craft Thankful die cut with four kinds of thanks (thank you to our own tessaduck for the gift long ago) from the special papers. You'll see how cool the thanks appears on each card.
On Miss Corri's card, I used a little bit of each child's papers to make the SO Kind and the three hearts. And on the inside of each card I die cut a heart out of their individual paper. And I wrote a little note about how thankful I was for their beautiful art.
On the left side of my picture are the Memory Box die cuts that I did with each childs' print. These are going in my 'STASH' for the future...cause you just gotta have a stash...
I am bringing lunch to Corri this afternoon and deliver the thank you art. I want to always be planting seeds...how about you?

What an incredibly thoughtful gift for the kids to give you. I am sure your heart was full with all the love that went in to that gift to you. Nicely done with all the little cards you created.
