It's my pleasure to host this week's Inspiration Challenge & we're heading over to The Spruce! There's a lot to see there & I was inspired by THIS. Iâm also a knitter so the knitting crafts really appeal to me. And it reminded me of this fun winter set.
For my winter wear card, I stamped the set onto watercolor paper using the Versaclair ink then used watercolors & a couple of blue & teal Tombow markers to color them. I kept it very light & monochromatic & didnât entirely color them in. When die cutting it, I used my out of the box technique. The Winter word was die cut once out of the w/c paper & once out of the dp & stacked a little off to give it some depth.
Thanks so much for looking. Closeups are on my blog: The Write Stuff

Amazingly beautiful! I love EVERYTHING about this - the textures, the colors, the layered sentiment, the "incomplete" coloring of the images... An inspiration on its own, to be sure - into my faves, thank you!

I was tempted to use that inspiration piece and make cards for CCC19Mar but my card would not have been as beautiful as this - love the colour and texture

What a beautiful 'knit' card Julie! love the images so wonderfully inked and colored and the stitching embossing folder you used on the background! A great inspiring site for the challenge this week!

So beautifully colored, but I have to say that embossing folder caught my eye because that texture is so sweater perfect!!
