I made this card for ABC challenge 10 letter H and Heavens. It feels like heaven sitting beside the ocean! Also, the hat is made from straw...H and nature.
I've never colored on vellum with Copics. It definitely takes a different type of touch to do this. It's hard to blend colors because a wet marker will pull up the previous color. I painted the chair and highlights with Copic Opaque White.
I die cut the clouds out of vellum also and lightly glued the edges onto the vellum background. Then attached the vellum to the blue cardstock with star brads.

I thought you colored with chalk since it has that look. I love this image and you've done such a nice job with it! Kind of reminds me of a misty/foggy morning at the beach. Simply Beautiful!
