This is for Carla's WTUI challenge this week - she has a fun theme for us. You'll find it HERE.
I stamped the little bears on light watercolour paper and coloured them with pencils, stamped a sentiment on the banner and then fussy-cut.
I die-cut the fireworks in black card and buffed them with luster rub-ons to accentuate the embossing and match the colours of LED lights I used.
Used deckle scissors to edge my grass base, and layered the panel up. Then I added the bears, shaping the banner with some foam tape. Punched a hole under the little bear's sparkle, and then created my circuit diagram and assembled it. These days I've started using two layers of fun foam, and just cutting holes in it for the battery and the LED stickers - much easier than messing around with layers of foam tape. But for my first couple of cards I found the SCS Creating with Chibitronics tutorial invaluable.

Awwww, these 2 adorable fellas are sharing the most wonderful birthday wishes under this amazing lit-up fireworks "sky". I am truly impressed by this Sabrina. Whomever receives this wonderful card is going to adore it. I love how you use fun foam for your layers with the lights- very creative indeed. ~Karen.
