This card fits a couple challenges for me: First, the camping challenge: when we go camping or "up north" we usually go to the North Shore of Lake Superior and we love sitting on the rocks by the waves crashing and watching the sky at sunset.
Secondly, I the Make it Monday Challenge is to use one of your dies to make a stencil. I took the Wave Cover Plate, cut a stencil from it, and used that for my water. Love how it turned out!
I stamped and die cut the lighthouse first. Sky, water, sun and sand are sponged in, using the stencil and additional masks when needed. Die cut the fence from kraft cs, sponged with DI, cut it and glued together to create an angle. Stamped the sentiment, the grass and birds, and adhered the lighthouse and fence and a thin white frame. I love that this card works for a guy or gal!

Great challenge contender! Love your vivid and colorful lighthouse scene. Your die-cut stenciling worked very well. Love the sand and little grasses with the beach sand fencing, and not to mention that lovely sunset! GREAT card, as you said, to work for either gender!
