Doubling up in the gallery with this card. Having been health challenged myself over the past 6 months, I can really relate to Priscilla's plight of missing being in the gallery. I also love cats and being a singer/songwriter, this personalized card has a lot of me in it, too. I knew I wanted to use this kitty and the song "Smiles" came to mind. I googled it and found the musical score image. I deleted the title and replaced it with a new title. The cat, which was colored with Distress Markers, was cutout beautifully with the Scanncut, even around those whiskers! I used the resist embossing technique, leaving a little white shadow behind the black sentiment and lightly brushed and sponged in the Distress Oxide inks to resemble the Ombre technique. Added the Washi tape to balance out the composition.

This card is quite simply the cat's meow! I love how you personalized this music title and added your name too. This kitty is singing purrfectly in tune to this gorgeous card you have made for Priscilla. She is going to absolutely love this. I truly hope you will be feeling much better real soon here too. Hugs! ~Karen.

OMG!! I love it! You know this card is right up my alley with the personalized title (what a hoot!) and the fab cutting by my favorite tool. I haven't been brave enough to have mine cut out whiskers like that, but it certainly is capable! Wow! I just love everything about this and so will Priscilla! I do hope you're doing better now, I so enjoy your cards!

First, I am so sorry to hear you've been dealing with health issues, too. Your note inside is so uplifting - thank you for that. Now, the card - the music title the singing kitten, music score and beautiful sentiment are amazing. Thank you, so much, Lori, for this beautiful creation and the kitty stampings.
