I managed to get both the Mix Ability Challenge (a sketch) and the Free 4 All challenge (Encouraging Wellness) in my card today!
I sponged a stencil background, die cut the flat bottom circle out of Origami paper, stamped along the top edge and added washi tape along the bottom edge.
I sponged the edges of the fortune cookies with Tea Dye Distress ink.

Wow! This is fabulous. Love your use of the sketch, the multi-media look, the fortune cookies. The pull out message design is super. The sentiments are wonderful. Very nicely done for both challenges! TFS
