Kia asked us to think about spring rains to make a card. Her inspiration picture is gorgeous. Remembering a video from Sandy Allnock found here http://sandyallnock.com/watercolor-f...parent-tulips/ made this card. I could watch her color all day....amazing artist. Added the leaves, and highlighted with colored pencils. Added the sentiment and embossed bg with folder. The raindrops were made from papier glass finish which has been in my stash of paints for years. TFL
