This is for Stef's Color Challenge with floral for dessert. I only have markers and cardstock for the In Colors, so I looked for stamps with images I could color in or stamps I could use the markers directly on them. I found this 20 year old stamp set from 1997 that I once used frequently. The watering can is not in good shape with nicks and stains, so it didn't stamp very well despite repeated tries. Then I had the idea to splatter watered-down white acrylic paint on it. I did that and cut it out. And then I stamped the florals on a white panel, using the Lemon Lime marker on the eucalyptus stems, a Blushing Bride ink pad with Powder Pink marker on top for the floral sprays and Navy for the smaller flowers. Adhered the watering can on top. It is so big that the spout, bottom of can and handle extend past the panel. No sentiment until I use it. Fun card to make. TFL

Absolutely gorgeous! Jumped right out of the gallery! How fun to figure out how to bring this older stamp to life. It looks perfect with the splatters!
