Congratulations Karen! I chose this card: Blue Spring Shower Happy Birthday by KareBear51 at Splitcoaststampers
I know this is not flowers, I chose it for the colors and the cluster of flowers in the corner reminded me of this piece with the corner die.
I made two cards using this same technique. Already posted one and this is similar.
Made my own stencil, used embossing paste in my new stencil. Afterwards poured clear embossing powder over, let dry a few minutes and used heat gun to emboss.
The first time i used ink, this time I used Brusho and mister. After it was dry, used damp paper towel and got the blue off of embossing paste.
Used that piece today and used my new Thinlits to cut out sentiment and then added enamel hearts. I will be sending this to my daughter who needs some encouragement. TFL

Carolyn--you did a fabulous job with this card! I don't have the patience to use embossing paste, but boy, did it ever add texture and dimension to this wonderful card! TFS

Love the background. I've just ordered some Color Burst, which I think is similar to Brusho and can't wait to try and make something similar. The color combination of blues is striking.

Wow Carolyn, everything about this card feels like a celebration. The bg is gorgeous and the corner treatment looks amazing on here. The big bold dies complement the big bold feel of this wonderful card. The enamel hearts will really touch your daughter's heart too. What a great CASE of Karen's card. ~Karen.
