When I read the title of today's IC challenge (Southern Highland Craft Guild), I thought it was going to have something to do with Scotland; and visions of plaid went through my head. (I must have had Outlander on my mind! I had just watched the last episode.) However, it was the Highlands of North Carolina not Scotland! Course change!!! The Dills Bird Carvings caught my eye, particularly this blue jay. I needed a birthday card for tomorrow for my granddaughter-in-law's birthday. So that was the direction I went, using this week's sketch challenge as my layout.

FANTASTIC coloring on your lovely blue jay!!! So pretty perched on those wonderful patterned panels coordinating so well together! Beautiful sky paper...so perfect with blue jay colors!
