This is my 1st sample for CC655. I am your hostess this week and I chose peek-a-boo peach, lemon-lime twist and early espresso for my color trio. Dessert Option this week is a fall theme.
I started my card this week by choosing the designer paper. This selection from the Stampin’-Up “Painted Autumn” collection has the colors I chose for this week. Layered the paper onto the peach panel then started decorating.
My leaves, berry branches and acorns are dies from CottageCutz and I cut in the challenge colors. I sponged with peach and lemon lime twist inks for added depth. I used some burlap ribbon as well as a silk leaf ribbon that I had in my stash.
I stamped my “we give thanks” sentiment to finish off this card.
Hope you can find some time to play along with us this week. The DT has some great samples to get your creativity flowing.

What a lovely fall card this is Mary! The colors are gorgeous. I love your die cut elements tucked in and around this wonderful sentiment. The burlap trim and the fabric leaves trim really complement this card perfectly! ~Karen.
