One of my samples for Toni's fun WTUI challenge - find out all about it HERE.
For this card I used the Grid Technique tutorial. I scored my card diagonally at 3/4" intervals, then stamped Canvas in tumbled glass, and the roses. I added the sentiment, matted it on black and then a white base. To finish it off I decided to add a sparkly glitter butterfly cut from gold glitter card, with half-pearls on the body.

These roses are still one of my favorite sets! The flowers always turn out pretty! Your grid work and canvas background with them really adds interest to the card. Although it would still be pretty with just the flowers IMO.

Gorgeous! The scoring technique looks fabulous. You have inspired others to try it. How wonderful you used a retired stamp set and made it look fresh & new. Wonderful verse! The butterfly is a lovely accent. TFS
