I created the "under the sea" background by smooshing Distress Inks onto my craft mat, sprtizing, and then using the seahorse stamp directly into the smooshed/spritzed ink and stamping randomly onto the smooth side of ranger watercolor paper. Gave a burst of heat to help it dry then sponged oxide ink over the panel. I was hoping for a more defined smooshed/spritzed stamped image so will try again with less spritzing next time.
