Another card for today's F4A and Mix challenges and for this week's sketch challenge. This one is off to New York to my son and his wife.
I embossed the Black Magic paper and sanded to get to the pink undertones. I sponged on Distress ink to brighten the color, still not pink enough, then the Magenta pigment ink. Stamped and colored the turtle, then die cut the heart. Sponged the edges for contrast and mounted on the pp square. Adhered the panels to a hot pink card base and added some matching punched hearts. Dressed the hearts up with a glitter gel pen to coordinate with the pp. TFL

Nicely done with the sketch. Love this adorable turtle; his green is a nice contrast to the pinks and black. Love all the different hearts. The arrow paper is really cute. Wonderful card. TFS

Love your rich colors you've used in your papers and repeated with your cute little turtle. The Black Magic embossing and sanding is wonderful, with the color repeat in the airborne hearts. Mr. Turtle is colored perfectly to match!
